Políticas de Élan High Jewelry

 

 1. Anticipos y Pedidos Especiales

• Se requiere un anticipo del 70% del valor total para apartar un producto o hacer un pedido especial. El 30% restante debe ser pagado antes del envío.

 

2. Cancelaciones y Créditos

• No se aceptan cancelaciones una vez realizado el pago total o el anticipo. El monto pagado puede ser usado como crédito en tienda dentro de los tres meses siguientes a la compra.

 

3. Tiempos de Entrega

• Los pedidos especiales serán entregados en un plazo aproximado de 15 a 20 días hábiles. Si ocurre algún retraso debido a factores externos, como retenciones aduaneras, el cliente será notificado oportunamente.

 

4. Cambios y Devoluciones

• No se aceptan cambios ni devoluciones por efectivo. En caso de devolución, el valor del artículo se convertirá en crédito para futuras compras.
• Si el nuevo artículo tiene un valor mayor, solo se deberá pagar la diferencia.
• No se aceptan devoluciones de lo siguiente: artículos usados, usados ​​o personalizados; muestras; artículos con descuento (productos comprados en oferta).
• Las devoluciones deben realizarse dentro de los tres días hábiles posteriores a la recepción del producto, y los gastos de envío de la devolución correrán por cuenta del cliente.

 

5. Condiciones de Devolución

• Para validar la devolución, la(s) pieza(s) deberán estar sin usar, en las mismas condiciones en que se entregaron y en su empaque original.
• Los productos de Élan High Jewelry deben ser devueltos con las etiquetas originales intactas.
• Si recibes un producto dañado o defectuoso, debes notificarnos inmediatamente para hacer válido el reemplazo.
• Si un cliente recibe piezas de joyería con empaques o cajas dañadas, debe especificarlo al momento de recibir el pedido; de lo contrario, la garantía no tendrá validez.

 

6. Limitaciones de Reembolso

• En caso de que la(s) pieza(s) hayan sido modificadas, dañadas o manipuladas por un taller no autorizado por Élan High Jewelry, no se podrán realizar reembolsos de efectivo ni cambios de pieza.
• Si el cliente recibe la(s) pieza(s) y dentro de las 24 horas posteriores manifiesta inconformidad respecto al diseño y/o características, y la(s) pieza(s) cumplen con todos los requisitos de calidad avalados por “Producción”, no se podrá realizar un reembolso en efectivo ni cambio por otra pieza.
• Élan High Jewelry se reserva el derecho de aceptar devoluciones que no cumplan con las condiciones previamente establecidas.

 

7. Responsabilidad de Pagos

• Élan High Jewelry no se hace responsable por depósitos realizados en cuentas que no sean las proporcionadas oficialmente. 

 

8. Validez de Cotizaciones

• Las cotizaciones son válidas por 5 días. Pasado este plazo, los precios pueden variar debido a fluctuaciones del mercado.

 

9. Modificaciones de Políticas

• La “Política de Devoluciones” puede ser modificada sin previo aviso a los clientes.

 

Élan High Jewelry Policies

 

1. Deposits and Special Orders

• A 70% deposit of the total value is required to reserve a product or place a special order. The remaining 30% must be paid before shipping.

 

2. Cancellations and Credits

• Cancellations are not accepted once the full payment or deposit has been made. The amount paid can be used as store credit within three months of the purchase.

 

3. Delivery Times

• Special orders will be delivered within approximately 15 to 20 business days. If any delays occur due to external factors, such as customs holds, the customer will be promptly notified.

 

4. Exchanges and Returns

• Cash refunds are not accepted. In the event of a return, the value of the item will be converted into store credit for future purchases.
• If the new item is of higher value, only the difference will need to be paid.
  
• Returns of the following are not accepted: used, pre-loved, or customized items; samples; discounted items (products purchased on sale).
  
• Returns must be made within three business days of receiving the product, and the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

 

5. Return Conditions

• To validate the return, the piece(s) must be unused, in the same condition in which they were delivered, and in their original packaging.
• Élan High Jewelry products must be returned with the original tags intact.
  
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us immediately to validate the replacement.
  
• If a customer receives jewelry pieces with damaged packaging or boxes, this must be specified upon receipt of the order; otherwise, the warranty will not be valid.

 

6. Refund Limitations

• If the piece(s) have been modified, damaged, or altered by a workshop not authorized by Élan High Jewelry, no cash refunds or exchanges will be made.
• If the customer receives the piece(s) and within 24 hours expresses dissatisfaction with the design and/or features, and the piece(s) meet all quality standards approved by "Production," no cash refund or exchange for another piece will be provided.
• Élan High Jewelry reserves the right to accept returns that do not comply with the previously established conditions.

 

7. Payment Responsibility

• Élan High Jewelry is not responsible for deposits made to accounts that are not officially provided.

 

8. Quote Validity

• Quotes are valid for 5 days. After this period, prices may vary due to market fluctuations.

 

9. Policy Modifications

• The "Return Policy" may be modified without prior notice to customers.
